nFrazees began to spend their winters in
Laguna Beach in 1921. Moved here permanently in 1927.
nHis Kitshi-Manido Indian Pageant was the
forerunner of the Laguna Beach Festival
of the Arts.
nHe was one of LagunaÕs pioneer artists
and was considered to be the dean of the Laguna art colony.
nAlso LagunaÕs esteemed poet, philosopher,
and most respected citizen.
