a child, she was in town buying dinner for her master, and the store
owner was theratening to trhow an iron weight at another african-american
slave, and when he actually did, it missed and hit her.

she
escaped
from

back

using

enslaved

She went and came back, risking all she had, 19 times to save people like herself. She was a very brave woman. She is so popular now that she is even on U.S stamps and has streets named after her.
